Chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
diced ham
2 cans cream of chicken sou
1 soup can full of milk
mozzerella cheese, grated
bread crumbs
Place chicken and diced ham in casserole dish. Mix in a bowl the milk and soup. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 until chicken is done. Add grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top, and place back in oven until cheese is melted.
