Alfredo Sauce

1 stick butter
1 pint cream
2 cloves garlic
Parmesan cheese
corn starch

melt butter in pan.  add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.  add cream.  start to simmer.  add parm cheese 1/4 cup at a time to taste.  Thicken with a cornstarch and water mixture.
